This Nautical Compass was made from a picture
that was sent to me by a client. The center star is mounted on a piece of 3/8" dowel and can be rotated into any position.
The piece is made with 46 pieces of Western Red Cedar, Aspen, Bloodwood, and Pau Amarillo.
The hands are made with 23 pieces of wood,
including the frame.The woods used, are Western Red Cedar, Aspen,and the frame
is made of African Padauk.
These hands are the same as the ones above,tho
only difference is the missing frame.
The Small Praying Hands are
identical to the large ones.
Size is the only difference. They are 1/2 the
size.
