This is a Doctor Teddy Bear, I made it as a gift, to show in a small way, my appreciation for a Doctor that took me on as a patient after another Doctor refused me. I met him in an operating room about 8:30 p.m. on March 17th. 2023. He did another surgery on April 17th. and a third on July 10th. Thanks to him I am now as good as new except for 81 years of normal wear and tear. The Bear is made with 35 pieces of wood, Priced at $120.00 Canadian

1969 PLYMOUTH ROAD RUNNER

This was made for a client from a picture. The client was pleased with the result. I did not make the patters in Baltic Birch plywood as I usually do because I did not think that there would be a demand for this piece. I worked from a paper pattern. It is all Basswood (Linden) Price is $255.00 Canadian $
My pattern # 194 is finished, 1940 Dodge PU Truck. Pattern by Garnet Hall of Estevan Saskatchewan. That is the reason for the Saskatchewan licence plate. Garnet's patterns can be found at www.sawbird.com This is made of 70 pieces of wood, Eastern White Cedar, Black Walnut, Aspen, Ebonized Butternut, and silver paint. I enlarged Garnet's pattern by 20%. The piece is 25-1/2" wide by 14" high. I hope that you like it as much as I do.I should confess that I am a dodge Ram fan and always have been, My favorite is the old 4os and 50s Dodge Power Wagons. This is pattern #193, by Bill Dopson John Deere 730 tractor, built in Argentina. It was built in Iowa until 1960 and then in Argentina into the 1970s, The last of the John Deere 2 cylinder tractors. It is all made of Basswood (Lynden) and is coloured with fabric dye. There is about 160 pieces of wood in it, difficult to get an accurate count. It is 24" wide by 18-1/2" high. It was done as a commission piece for a client who collects these tractors. He was very pleased with the result, as was I. The photo to the right was used to make the pattern...... The J.D. This is pattern # 192, Model '"A" Ford . The pattern is by Garnet Hall www.sawbird .com The picture on the left is my brother Tom's car, the inspiration for this piece. I enlarged the pattern by 20 percent, it is 26" by 14". The piece is made up of 126 pieces of wood. All of the wood is Peruvian Walnut, the black pieces are ebonized and the silver and red are painted. I do draw my own patterns, but it is easier to buy them, and I doubt that this one could be improved upon.
Pattern # 186 I did this Red Fox face several weeks ago, and for some reason it did not get added to the web site. It is 13" wide by 15" high and is madeup of 31 pieces of wood. Western Red Cedar, Eastern White Cedar and ebonized butternut. $ 122.00 Canadian
